Job Responsibilities

• Team Building and Management: Working in high-performing teams, fostering motivation, collaboration, and productivity. Ensure teams are motivated, collaborating effectively, and delivering quality results.
• Removing Blockers & RAID Management: Identify and overcome blockers to keep the team on track for successful project delivery. Owning and maintaining the project RAID log.
• GDS Service Manual Adherence: Ensure all projects strictly adhere to the Government Digital Service (GDS) service manual. Implement and maintain practices that align with GDS requirements and standards.
• Agile and Lean Practices: Apply Agile and Lean practices to optimise delivery Provide support in applying the most appropriate Agile and Lean tools and techniques.
• Stakeholder Management: Effectively manage stakeholder expectations, ensuring transparency. Facilitate active and reactive communication between technical and nontechnical stakeholders.

Job Requirements

• Must have a minimum of 3 years project/delivery manager experience within the IT sector or related industry.
